GUACAMOLE 
3 lg. avocados, soft when gently squeezed
1/2 to 3/4 c. your favorite picante sauce
1 sm. tub sour cream or 1 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. bunch green onions, chopped
1/4 c. chopped cilantro (next to parsley in Produce section)
Salt
Garlic powder
Pepper

Peel avocados by hand, discard seed, mash with fork. Add ingredients in any order. Salt and garlic powder to taste. Serve with corn tortilla chips.
