MICROWAVE CARAMEL POPCORN 
3 qts. popped corn
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Place popped corn into large paper bag and set aside. In a 2 quart microwave bowl, mix all ingredients except baking soda. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring after each mixture. Microwave 2 minutes more. Add in the baking soda and stir. Pour over popcorn in paper bag and mix well. Fold down top of bag and microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds. Mix with spoon again. Microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds more. Pour out of bag onto buttered cookie sheet. Cool and eat.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
