RHUBARB BREAD 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. salad oil
1 egg
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. diced sm. fresh rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped nuts

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter

Mix together ingredients and pour into 2 greased bread pans. Sprinkle over the batter the mixture of sugar and butter. Don't over bake. Bake in a 325 degree oven for about 60 minutes.
