RHUBARB BREAD 
1 1/2 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar

Mix and set aside.

1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. oil
1 c. sour milk (1 tbsp. vinegar to 1 c. milk - microwave 40 sec.)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix above ingredients. Pour into greased and wax lined pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter

Sprinkle on bread after cooking for approximately 35 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
