1 sweet onion
1 med. potato
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 thin pat butter

Peel onion and slice crosswise into 5 equal slices. Scrub potato well and cut into 6 equal crosswise slices. Dredge onions and sides of potatoes in cheese. Reassemble potato with slice of onion between each slice of potato.

Place in a piece of aluminum foil that has a pat of butter on it. Seal foil and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 1.
