SPUNKY SPARERIBS 
4 lbs. spareribs
16 oz. can (2/3 c.) orange juice
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Pepper to taste

Place ribs meaty side down in shallow roasting pan. Roast in 450 degree oven for 30 minutes. Drain off fat, turn ribs and roast 30 minutes. Continue to drain off fat and combine remaining ingredients. Brush on ribs. Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Roast ribs covered for 1 hour or until tender. Brush with sauce occasionally.
