CLEO'S MICROWAVE SCALLOPED CORN 
16 oz. can corn
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
12 soda crackers
1 egg
2 slices Velveeta cheese
Pinch of parsley flakes

Whip egg and add milk. Stir in sugar and corn and crushed crackers. Dot with butter. Top with cheese pieces and parsley flakes. Microwave at 80% in covered dish for 10 minutes. Time may vary with microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
