LEMON SQUARES 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. 10x sugar
1 c. flour

TOP LAYER:

1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Grated rind of 1 lemon

Mix bottom layer ingredients and pat into a 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Combine top layer ingredients and pour over bottom layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with 10x sugar. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares.
