ITALIAN ICED COOKIES 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
3 tbsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon
Speck of salt

ICING:

1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. confectioners' sugar
Milk (to desired consistency)

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate 1/2 hour. Make size of walnut and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Ice with icing and sprinkle with jimmies.
