JELLIED WALDORF SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. diced red apples, with skin on
1/2 c. Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello in water; chill until slightly thickened, add salt and blend in mayonnaise. Fold in remaining ingredients.
