JELLIED WALDORF SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
2 tsp. vinegar

Dissolve Jello and salt in 1 cup of hot water. Add 1 cup cold water and 2 teaspoons vinegar. Chill until slightly thickened.

1 c. diced apples (leave skin on)
1/3 c. diced celery
1/3 c. chopped walnuts

Mold. Serve on lettuce leaves with dressing.
