JELLIED WALDORF SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. crushed ice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. diced, unpeeled apples
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Lettuce leaves
2 apple slices

In a blender container, combine gelatin and boiling water. Cover and process at low speed until gelatin is dissolved, about 1 minute.

Add ice and lemon juice; cover and blend at high speed until ice is melted, about 30 seconds.

Stir in diced apples, celery and nuts. Pour mixture into a 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. Chill one hour or until firm.

To serve, unmold onto a lettuce lined serving platter. Garnish with apple slices.
