JELLIED CUCUMBER SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. grated onion
1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento, chopped
1 med. cucumber, diced
1 tsp. salt

Dissolve Jello in water. Chill until partly set. Fold in remaining ingredients. Turn into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Chill until firm.
