PENNY'S STRAWBERRY BRULEE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar
1 qt. fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar

Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a small bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar, beating well.

Place strawberries in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish; spread cream cheese mixture evenly over strawberries. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Broil 3-4 inches from heat 2 minutes or until sugar melts and mixture is bubbly. Yield: 10 servings.

Great recipe with fresh strawberries. You can use stevia sugar blend to cut the sugar a bit. Still tastes wonderful!
