CHICKEN NO PEEK
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 c. cold water 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix Chicken Combine first 4 ingredients and put in 9x13 greased pan. Place chicken on top of rice and sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours or 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.

Add additional can of water for moister rice. Eliminate onion soup if desired.
