CANNELLONI ROMA 
1/2 - 3/4 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (1/4 c. at a time)
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Manicotti shells, uncooked
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. water
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Fry hamburger with onions and drain. Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, egg and seasoning. With meat and onion fill manicotti shells. Place in 13"x9" pan. Cover with combined tomatoes, water and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese sprinkled over. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Put on Mozzarella cheese. Put back in oven until cheese melts approximately 2 minutes. Serve with garlic bread and salad.
