6 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 pt. half & half
1 tbsp. vanilla
4-5 ripe bananas, mashed
Milk

Beat eggs well and add sugar, continuing to beat mixture. Add half & half, vanilla, and bananas. Pour into ice cream freezer and fill with milk just below the gallon mark. Makes one gallon.
