EASY MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 can Spanish rice
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
1 can ranch style beans (lg.)
1 sm. box Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese

Brown ground beef and onion in large skillet. Drain. Add rice, tomatoes and beans until mixture bubbles. Add Velveeta (cut in chunks) until melted.
