MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
2 cans Spanish rice
2 cans Ranch Style beans
11 oz. pkg. Fritos, crushed
6 to 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Brown meat and drain fat. Mix in taco seasonings. Layer beans, rice, meat, cheese and fritos. Bake at 400 degrees until mixture is hot.
