PEACH TOSTADAS 
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. peaches
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tbsp. sugar
4 (8 inch) flour tortillas

Heat broiler; melt the butter. Peel and slice the peaches. Combine the cinnamon and sugar. Put the tortillas on a baking sheet or broiler pan and brush with melted butter. Scatter peach slices over tortillas and sprinkle them with cinnamon mixture. Broil until juices are bubbly, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
