APPLE BREAD 
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. each cinnamon, salt, soda, vanilla
1 c. apple pie filling (I use entire 20 oz. can)
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat oil, sugar, flour, eggs, cinnamon, salt, soda and vanilla. Add pie filling and nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9x5x3 loaf pans. Bake 1 hour 350 degrees.
