YUMMY HEALTH COOKIES 
1 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. shortening, melted
2 eggs
1 tbsp. warm water
2 1/3 c. oats
2 c. shredded coconut
2/3 c. wheat germ

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

In large bowl cream sugars and melted shortening. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add water. Add oats, coconut and wheat germ. Mix until combined. Add flour mixture and beat just until blended.

Drop cookies by level tablespoonful 3 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes (cookies will still be soft). Makes 5 dozen, 90 calories each.
