MAKE AHEAD SALAD (24 HOURS) | |
1 c. sugar 1 c. water 1 tbsp. gelatin in 1/2 c. water 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 1/4 lb. miniature marshmallows 1 c. nuts, chopped 1 lemon, juiced 1/2 box candied cherries, cut fine 10 coconut macaroon cookies, crumbled 1 pt. whip cream Mix sugar and water. Boil until it threads. Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water and lemon juice. Mix the above and cool. Add all other ingredients and pour in Pyrex long dish and set 24 hours. |
