MAKE AHEAD SALAD DRESSING 
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash of dry mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Mix garlic, salt and pepper with dry mustard. Stir in lemon juice, salad oil and cheese. Place dressing in bottom of salad bowl. Top with 2 quarts of greens. Refrigerate. Toss before serving. Add more Parmesan, if desired.
