1 qt. champagne 3 qt. plain cold tea 2 c. sugar 1 qt. mixed lime, lemon and orange juice 1 qt. brandy 1 qt. bourbon 1 qt. sweet wine 1 qt. rum 1/2 pt. benedictine 1 pt. gin Pineapple chunks Cherries Mix tea and juices together, add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add liquors and fruit and let stand 24 hours before using. To serve, place cup of ice in punch bowl and pour mixture over it. Add 1 quart of chilled champagne to each bowl of mixture before serving. Drink sparingly. |
