STRAWBERRY FREEZER JAM 
1 pkg. powdered pectin
1 c. water
3 1/2 c. mashed fresh strawberries
5 c. sugar

In large saucepan combine pectin and water to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Stir in strawberries and boil 1 minute longer. Refrigerate overnight before packing for freezer. Freeze in ziploc bags or small plastic containers. Makes about 4 cups jam.
