1 1/2 c. potato flakes
8 oz. sour cream
2/3 c. water
2 lbs. ground chuck
2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. taco chips crushed
Lettuce
Onions
Tomatoes

Make potato flakes, sour cream and 2/3 cup water put into 9 x 12 inch pan and bake 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Cook ground chuck and taco seasoning and water. Spread over the potatoes when baked. Add the grated cheese and crushed taco chips sprinkle over the meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Top with grated cheese, onions, lettuce, tomatoes.
