1 egg
1 stick butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
2 bags mini Reese's cups

Cream butter and peanut butter. Add both brown and white sugars. Put egg and vanilla into mixture. Sift flour and soda together. Blend into creamed mixture. Shape into 1 inch balls. Put in paper lined mini tart pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven. While warm, press a Reese's cup into each center. Cool on rack.
