SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS 
3 lbs. sausage (Italian)
5 lbs. green peppers, seeded & sliced
3 lg. onions, sliced
Wesson or Mazola oil
Salt
Pepper

Brown sausage and cook until done. Drain well and cut into 4 pieces each link. Meanwhile wash, seed and slice peppers; drain well. Heat oil in large saute pan, just cover bottom of pan with oil and add peppers and sliced onions when oil is hot. Saute, stirring often until almost tender. (Do not let peppers burn.) Add sliced sausage and ketchup. Stir into peppers and onion mixture. Partly cover pan and heat about 3 minutes. Secret recipe of great grandma Caria.
