3 to 4 med. sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 c. light brown sugar
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Boil potatoes in peeling until tender. Peel, slice and place in casserole. Mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over sweet potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until thick.
