CABBAGE GOULASH 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped, liquid reserved
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried, crushed red pepper, optional
10 c. shredded cabbage

In large skillet, brown sausage, beef and onion. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients except cabbage. Mix well. Stir in cabbage and simmer 15-20 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
