APPLE CRISP 
2 qt. apples, peeled, cored and sliced
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

2 1/2 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3/8 tsp. baking powder
3/8 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
3 sticks butter, melted

Mix first 5 ingredients. Place in 9x13 inch pan. Mix all topping ingredients. Spoon evenly on top of the apple mixture. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes or until top is brown.
