DIETETIC APPLE CRISP 
1/3 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
1 tsp. Sweet N Low
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. soft butter
4 c. pared, sliced apples
2 tsp. Sweet N Low
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix first 7 ingredients with fork until crumbly. Put last 3 ingredients into a 1 1/2 quart greased baking dish. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of apples. Bake on center rack of oven for 45 minutes at 325 degrees or until apples are tender when pierced with a fork. Serve warm.
