APPLE BREAD PUDDING 
8 slices of bread, cubed
2 eggs
2 c. milk
2/3 c. sugar
2 apples, peeled, cored & sliced
Sugar & cinnamon & dots of butter

Serves 4. Put bread cubes into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine milk, eggs and sugar and pour over bread. Cover with apple slices. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Dot with butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve warm or cold. Great on a cool day.
