CABBAGE RAMEN SALAD 
4 c. shredded cabbage, (red or green)
1 pkg. Ramen noodles, (chicken), broken or crushed
1 1/2 c. slivered almonds
3 tbsp. sesame seeds
3 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, (or 1 tsp. dried)

Toast the almonds and sesame seeds in a little butter, set aside.

Dressing: Take the seasoning pack from the noodles and mix with the oil, vinegar, sugar, pepper, mustard and cilantro. Just before serving, combine the cabbage, noodles (raw), almonds and sesame seeds. Pour on dressing and toss well.
