BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP 
1 doz. jumbo shrimp
2 inner pkgs. from a box of Waverly Wafers
1/4 lb. butter, melted
Dash of paprika, parsley, Parmesan, seasoned salt
2 oz. dry sherry
1 tbsp. salad dressing (any variety)
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Shell, split and clean 1 dozen jumbo shrimp. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to a quart of cold water. Soak shrimp for 15 minutes. Crumble packages of wafers. Blend with 1/4 pound melted butter, 2 ounces sherry and your favorite salad dressing. Dust mixture with seasoned salt and 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.

Place uncooked shrimp on aluminum foil stretched over a cookie sheet. Stuff cavity in each shrimp with dressing (stuffing) and dust with paprika, parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
