CROCK POT MINESTRONE SOUP 
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 clove minced garlic
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 6-oz. can tomato paste
1 tsp. rosemary leaves, or oregano
Last add No. 1 can kidney beans with liquid
1 c. small elbow macaroni
1 10-1/2 oz. can beef broth
2-1/2 qt. water
1/2 head small cabbage
10-oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2-1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Use 6-quart kettle. Cook hamburger, garlic, onion and celery in oil. Stir in tomato paste and next seven ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer slowly one hour. Add remaining ingredients and cook 15 minutes longer. Garnish with Parmesan cheese. Tastes better the longer it cooks.
