ONION SOUP IN CROCK POT 
4 to 5 onions, sliced
1/2 stick butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
3 cans beef broth (bouillon)
1 can water
Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper
Thin slices French bread, toasted & buttered
Mozzarella or Provolone cheese, sliced paper thin
Parmesan cheese

Saute over low heat until golden brown. Place with above in crock pot and cook on low all day. Serve soup in bowls with toast floating on top, covered with Mozzarella, heavily sprinkled with Parmesan and broiled until cheese is melted.
