1 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 c. melted butter
3/4 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. chocolate chips
1 can evaporated milk
Whipped topping
Shaved chocolate
Nuts

Mix crushed cookies and melted butter and press in springform pan. Spread with half of amount of softened vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle with nuts. Freeze. Bring sugar, butter, chocolate chips and milk to boil over low heat, boil 8 minutes. Then cool completely spread over ice cream. Spread remainder of ice cream and freeze again. Frost with whipped topping and sprinkle with shaved chocolate or nuts.
