OREO ICE CREAM CAKE 
36 Oreo cookies
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1 c. sugar
1 container Cool Whip
1 c. Pet evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
6 tsp. butter

Crush cookies and mix well with melted 1/4 cup butter. Press in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Put this in freezer after spreading the softened vanilla ice cream over cookies.

Bring to boil sugar, milk, vanilla, chocolate and butter. Stir, boil 1 minute. Cool completely, then pour over frozen ice cream. Spread Cool Whip over top and garnish with grated coconut. Keep in freezer.
