24 Oreo cookies, crushed
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 gallon ice cream
Lg. container Cool Whip
1 jar light fudge

Set ice cream out to thaw. Spread crushed cookies in 9x13 pan. Pour on melted butter. Spread on layer of ice cream. Freeze. Pour on fudge and top with Cool Whip. Freeze until ready to serve.
