BAKED BEANS AND BACON 
2 lbs. can pork & beans
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard

Combine beans, onions, brown sugar and mustard in 2 quart casserole. Cut bacon into 2" strips and place on top of pork and beans mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Bacon should be crisp. Serves 6 to 8.
