ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
2 c. zucchini, thinly sliced
2 c. onions, thinly sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 box Chicken Stove Top Stuffing Mix
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 c. milk
1 stick butter

Saute onions with zucchini in butter. Add soups, milk and seasoning packet from stuffing. Add the stuffing, reserving 3/4 cup crumbs for the top. Mix well.

Pour into casserole dish and top with reserved crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
