BRUSSELS SPROUTS IN ONION CREAM 
1 1/2 lbs. Brussels sprouts
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. butter

Steam brussels sprouts for 15 minutes or until tender. Saute onion in butter until rich brown. Stir in sour cream and heat, stirring constantly. Add Brussels sprouts and mix well. Serves 6.
