7-LAYER SALAD 
1/2 bowl (deep) shredded lettuce
1/2 to 3/4 c. red onion
1/2 to 3/4 c. green pepper
1/2 to 3/4 c. celery
1/2 to 3/4 c. frozen peas
1/4 inch Hellmann's mayonnaise with 2 tsp. scant sugar (1 pt.)
Parmesan cheese
Jar Bac-Os (bacon bits)

Seal with foil and let stand a day.
