HAWAIIAN DELIGHT | |
1 can number 2 pineapple chunks 2 c. miniature marshmallows 1/4 c. maraschino cherries (drained and quartered) 1 c. whipping cream (whipped) 1/4 c. slivered almonds (toasted) shredded coconut Drain pineapple, save juice. Combine pineapple, marshmallows, cherries, and 1/4 cup juice. Let stand 1 hour. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into sherbet glasses and chill. Sprinkle with nuts and coconut when ready to serve. |
