SKILLET SAUSAGE AND CABBAGE 
1 lb. precooked kielbasa, sliced thin
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. water
1 lb. cabbage, shredded (6 c.)
1 tsp. salt

In large skillet saute kielbasa and onion in butter. Add cabbage, water and salt. Cover and simmer until cabbage is tender, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 4.
