LEMON BUTTER SNOW BARS 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
1 1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar

FILLING:

2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. Minute Maid lemon juice

In 1 1/2 quart mixing bowl combine crust. Mix on low speed until blended (1 minute). Pat into ungreased 8" square pan. Bake near center of oven at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown on edges. Mix up filling, pour over crust. Return to oven for 18 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool.
