CHEESE DANISH 
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 egg white
1/3 c. sugar
Dash of cinnamon

Unroll 1 package of crescent rolls and press into 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Combine 3/4 sugar, egg yolk, lemon juice, vanilla and cream cheese and beat together. Spread on top of crescent rolls. Unroll other package and place on top. Mix egg white and 1/3 cup sugar plus dash of cinnamon and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until nicely browned.
