HOT DIP 
1 lb. Jimmy Dean Sausage (hot variety, if desired)
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (5 lb.) box of Kraft Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. Jalapeno peppers, chopped (more if hotter dip is desired)
4 tomatoes, cut in quarters

Brown sausage and hamburger and drain. Saute onions until transparent but not browned. Cut up cheese into 2 inch chunks. Put all ingredients into a crock pot. Stir occasionally while heating. Can be prepared ahead and frozen or refrigerated. Small quantities can be heated in microwave. Serve with tostado chips or crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
